Filing a notice

Send a written notice through our contact page including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL of the material you want removed.
4. Your name, address, telephone number and email.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

If your work was removed in error you may file a counter-notice containing the same identifying information plus consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe are terminated.
